She assists clients using both business insight and legal expertise to manage a deal from inception through execution. As legal counsel, she puts her experience to work for her clients at an unparalleled value. Joanne spent over ten years with Duke Realty, one of the largest office and industrial real estate companies in the United States. She negotiated leases, development deals and closed acquisitions valued at over $250 million. She served as a Vice President of the company, leading a business development group for more than six years. Joanne began her legal career with Taft, Stettinius & Hollister, where she helped clients pursue the American dream by buying, selling and building companies.
