Joanne McAnlis specializes in helping clients meet their real estate goals, diversify their investment portfolios and meet the challenges of a changing world. Formed in 2009, Joanne formed McAnlis Law Group based on her extensive background in real estate and corporate matters. Her clients range from individual investors to developers, entrepreneurs and property management firms. She assists clients using both business insight and legal expertise to manage a deal from inception through execution. As legal counsel, she puts her experience to work for her clients at an unparalleled value. Joanne spent over ten years with Duke Realty, one of the largest office and industrial real estate companies in the United States. She negotiated leases, development deals and closed acquisitions valued at over $250 million. She served as a Vice President of the company, leading a business development group for more than six years. Joanne began her legal career with Taft, Stettinius & Hollister, where she helped clients pursue the American dream by buying, selling and building companies.

Andrew M. David joined McAnlis Law Group in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from his successful solo practice. His legal expertise spans Creditors’ Rights, Contracts, Compliance, Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, and Trusts and Estates law.

A graduate of Miami University (1992) and Valparaiso University School of Law (1995), Andrew has dedicated his career to excelling in property and commercial law. He is licensed to practice in the State of Indiana, as well as the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Andy’s commitment to delivering practical and strategic legal solutions makes him a valuable asset to the McAnlis Law Group and its clients.

Shiloh Perry is an Associate Attorney, who joined McAnlis Law Group in 2025 after graduating from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.  While in law school, Shiloh interned as a law clerk with the Indiana Supreme Court Office of Judicial and Attorney Regulation. Shiloh also participated in Moot Court and the student Appellate Clinic.

Shiloh is passionate about advocating for her clients and is excited to guide clients through the nuances of small claims and real estate matters. 
Outside of her professional work, Shiloh enjoys experimenting with new recipes and creating delicious desserts.
