Licensed real estate professionals can run into problems with regulatory agencies. We defend complaints against licensed professionals with the Indiana attorney general and the Indiana Real Estate Licensing Board.

Landlord's Rights

Resolve and avoid disputes by knowing your legal rights as a landlord, property manager or investor. We pursue evictions, claims for damages and recover judgements for commercial and residential landlords.

Estate Planning and Probate

Planning for the distribution of your estate is one of the most thoughtful things you can do for your family. Our lawyers help you develop comprehensive, flexible estate plans including wills and a variety of trusts. We can probate disputes and provide effective and practical advice to personal representatives.
